Should be there http://www-fourier.ujf-grenoble.fr/~parisse/giac/giac_unstable.tgz or there ftp://ftp-fourier.ujf-grenoble.fr/xcas/giac_unstable.tgz with the latest changes. I realize I did not update the http link since 3 months, should be up to date now.
