Hi! Sorry to post about that subject. And I am sure, that you have already analyzed the trac performance problems quite much and tried everything (also the ideas of this mail).
In general, I have the usual bad experiences with trac performance. But I noticed, that trac performance is quite good. I used curl, downloaded the ticket page, which needed no time. So, the first naive conclusion is that serving static media takes so long. Indeed at least one of the problems loading the page is / sage_trac/chrome/tracwysiwyg/wysiwyg.js As far has I have followed the discussions you seem to use Apache for integrating the trac server. Are these static file configured to be delivered by apache directly or does it use the trac server?
