Sorryyyyyyyyyyyy !!!!

it is just another "Except MIPSolverException" I forgot !!! Just
adding this will solve the bug, as the lack of any solver returns the
exception "No solver installed"

Have you created a patch for this already ? If not, I'll do it
immediately ! :-)
