That worked! Thanks for the help. Now it will be much easier for me to
test patches on t2.

Good. The problem is the binaries need the libraries which are installed when
gcc is built, but are not part of the standard Solaris. That's why I think the
libraries should be included in any binary distribution, though that view seemed
unpopular when I voiced it before.
