Random remark: One reason why HG alone is much harder than in Sage is
that there is no tab completion of the various HG commands, no
interactive verbose help accessible as easily with a ?, etc. That has
saved me in hg_sage many, many times.
There is a completion script which gives me command-line completion of
hg commands (which I hardly ever use, since I only use a few commands),
and it also gives me tab-completion of patch names (which I use constantly).
Also, as was pointed out, I'm using "hg help" a lot.
