Probably there isn't, yet. But I think one may consider to introduce a new label (in addition to "needs review", "needs work" and so on): "Bugfix only". The policy would be that the reviewer ticks this label, expressing confidence that the patch fixes one bug and is unlikely to introduce new bugs (of course, nobody can give a guarantee). Is it possible that Trac requires to either tick or explicitly not tick the "Bugfix only" label as soon as a positive review is given? This would reinforce usage of the label. Then, it should be possible and relatively safe to create a bugfix release based on merging the patches with a "bugfix only" label.
