I think I could easily run some of your programs on my machine if you
need it, though it'd be much more difficult if you want to use that
machine yourself.

I've been told there is a free version of CPLEX somewhere, but it
seems to bound the number of constraints you can define. Well : I have
been willing to write the interface Sage-Cplex for some time, as it is
already done for Coin.. If you are interested in working on this
too... :-)
