I don't think 7577 has been applied in 4.3.alpha0, e.g. around line
213 of sage/libs/singular/ring.pyx there isn't something like
elif is_RealField(base_ring) and base_ring.rounding_mode() == 'RNDN':
which the patch is trying to bring in.
