I have created a ticket for changing the icon in the Mac application (i.e. launcher). I also changed it from using a tar file (it was a stupid idea to begin with) to just using regular files, so it should be easy in the future to update icons, copyright, etc. http://trac.sagemath.org/sage_trac/ticket/7546 While I'm here, I'd like to ask someone to review my trivial patch at 7452.
