If foo.spkg is *uninstallable* without another package bar.spkg being
installed, chances are that foo.spkg somehow *links* against something
provided by bar.spkg.  If it didn't link against it, I bet foo.spkg
would be installable without bar.spkg being installed.

In any case, I'm the one whose butt is on the line, since I'm the one
responsible for hosting these packages.
