Mhh, good question you could send the exact version number of your CPU and I 
could start googling. Or, if you installed Sage from source you could:

m...@road:~$ grep "cache size" /usr/local/sage-4.1.2/install.log
   Level 1 cache size calculated as 32KB
checking the L1 cache size... 32768 Bytes
checking the L2 cache size... 4194304 Bytes
