I do not see it on any of my 20 or so clean builds.  Maybe it arises
only from an upgrade or something.  In any case, it's in code that has
been completely replaced by the new separated sage notebook, so it's
not an important error (that code remain now only because it is needed
for unpickling old notebook sobj's).

That's a known issue on OS X at least, that involves a bug in OS X
threading and David Harvey's bernoulli numbers code.
