I tried to subscribe to the numpy discussion list at http://projects.scipy.org/mailman/listinfo/numpy-discussion
but the server is down. Likewise for the projects homepage. It's somewhat difficult to know where to report this. Perhaps if William or someone knows the email addresses of one of the developers, this can be forwarded. I tried building numpy 1.3.0 , which is used in Sage. Although Sage does not support HP-UX, I have a HP machine which runs HP-UX wanted to see just what will build. numpy gives an error on HP-UX that it does not know the CPU, and asking this to be reported, along with the CPU type and OS. It created this a Sage trac ticket http://sagetrac.org/sage_trac/ticket/7166 where the error message can be seen. If a numpy developer wants access to the machine, they can have it.
