OK, here is the project info:

1. The hg repo is currently at

    http://sage.math.washington.edu:8100/

2.  Actual release tarballs are at:

    http://sage.math.washington.edu/home/wstein/patches/sagenb/

One should start with a tarball, then do

    hg pull http://sage.math.washington.edu:8100/

for updates, since a few files (the jmol java program) aren't under
revision control.

3. The Mailing List is here:

   http://groups.google.com/group/sage-notebook

4. For bug tracking, we'll just use http://trac.sagemath.org for now.
