Thanks for posting that. There is an interesting section around page 295 about "Burnout". I think it is useful to read to better understand what happened with Michael Abshoff and to give us ideas about how to better spot the symptoms before it is too late. I think burnout is a major problem we have to guard against in the Sage project.
