I don't have time to track them down now, but there are several
outstanding tickets related to this, including one to remove this file
or massively edit it, I think. This is all related to the fact that
we have the potential to make .app bundles now built in to Sage, but
don't do it by default yet for some technical reasons described in
those tickets.
But the work is mostly done! So hopefully all of these issues can be
sorted out soon.
