From the ECL list. It looks like we will need to use CVS to get an ECL
that builds on OS X.
I'll try to make a package from the CVS snapshot, but of course, there
is always more risk with this, as it is less well tested.

I have committed some changes that allow ECL to build as a 64-bits
binary in OS X. Please check and report whether this, plus your copy
of the garbage collector, solves the problems you experience.
