I have produced an MD5 sum of the Stein-Watkins database package. You can find it at http://www.sagemath.org/sagedb/ I think we need to have MD5 sums for all packages in the standard, optional, and experimental repositories, just like there are MD5 sums for the source and binaries. These MD5 sums can be put in text files or something.
