I have no idea how constrained I'll be in the future, but I'll try to help, if I can. As an alternative, I can add to the list. For example, it seems that wiki2beamer http://www-user.tu-chemnitz.de/~mren/wiki2beamer/doku.php can convert wiki-like markup to LaTeX Beamer presentations. How about mapping reST, or a derivative that Sphinx can understand, to notebook slide presentations, with effects enabled by jQuery?
