I agree, words in all capitals are harder to read, than words with the
correct case. It annoys me when I see people write in all capitals.

On the other hand if I start a program and see a few lines all in
capitals, it would make me think its important, so I am more likely to
put some effort into reading it, rather than skipping over it.


I agree, important information is often lost when you cant see the
facial expressions of people.
