I'm currently doing an sage -upgrade from sage.math.washington.edu !!!! (This means, it is currently compiling, I hope that's all it does with the server) Soon this will work from all mirrors. Just use the base URL of a mirror or an appended "/spkg" and it works. The only thing that was missing besides the spkgs is the "install" script in the spkg directory.
