The following tickets were merged in Sage 4.1.rc1:

#5799: John Palmieri: jsMath, favicon, and logo for live, static, and
offline docs [Reviewed by Robert Miller, only merged
trac_5799_manifest.patch]
#6056: Minh Van Nguyen: HISTORY.txt for sage-4.0.alpha0 needs updating
[Reviewed by Robert Miller]
#6469: Rob Beezer: sage-4.1.rc0: numerical noise in graph.py [Reviewed
by Andrzej Giniewicz]
#6470: Andrzej Giniewicz: sage-4.1.rc0: On OS X 10.4/10.5 Singular
3.1.0.4 fails to work [Reviewed by Robert Miller]
#6474: John Palmieri: PDF version of the reference manual should build
successfully [Reviewed by Minh Van Nguyen]

Strictly speaking, there is no patch for #6056. So if you count only
tickets with patches, then only 4 tickets were merged.
