Hi Bjarke,

honestly, it would take me a month or more to review this. E.g. I
can't do anything Sage/trac related for the next 8 to 10 days, except
possibly building and uploading the Sage-4.1 OS X 10.4 binaries.
I was unsure whether you were willing to wait this long, and I left on
purpose the trac ticket in "virgin" state, so another reviewer could/
would step in.
And there are more open questions, e.g. Frobby is currently only an
"optional" spkg if I understand it correctly, so a public "vote" would
be needed, should the review finally be "technically positive", ...
On the other hand, I admit that once I got to produce a third version
of my "example C lib mini-project", this also would need someone to
review this. And I definitely do see synergies beyond "one hand washes
the other" between these two (Frobby / exClib). But alas, this will
not happen for at least a fortnight, possibly not at all this July.
