I'll do it as soon as I can build everything before ATLAS on t2.math. I just tried and ran into trouble because "ar" isn't installed: rm -f libbz2.a ar cq libbz2.a blocksort.o huffman.o crctable.o randtable.o compress.o decompress.o bzlib.o make[2]: ar: Command not found make[2]: *** [libbz2.a] Error 127 make[2]: Leaving directory `/home/wstein/t2/sage-4.0.2/spkg/build/bzip2-1.0.5' Error building bzip2 make[1]: *** [installed/bzip2-1.0.5] Error 1 make[1]: Leaving directory `/home/wstein/t2/sage-4.0.2/spkg' real 0m29.536s user 0m9.035s sys 0m5.673s Error building Sage. wst...@t2:~/t2/sage-4.0.2$ which ar no ar in . /home/wstein/bin /home/wstein/bin /home/kirkby/bin /home/kirkby/dependencies/bin /usr/bin /usr/sfw/bin /usr/local/bin wst...@t2:~/t2/sage-4.0.2$ I wonder if you could install "ar" somewhere on t2?
