Note: I had to disable a couple of the patches on 4.0:
The following come from the integration of pynac (symbolic kernel
replacing maxima). Apparently, some functions like ceil, floor have to
be imported from somewhere else now. Mike: would it be possible to
keep backward compatibility aliases for those?

affine-crystal-as.patch #+4_0 needs rebase
crystals_alcove_path_model_bj.patch #+4_0 depends on affine-crystals
crystals_alcove_path_upgrade_bj.patch #+4_0 idem
This one also come from the pynac integration, which apparently
required quite a couple changes in sage.combinat.partitions (!). The
best is probably to make two versions of the patch for 3.* and 4.*,
continuing the work only on the second one.
partition-update-AM.patch #+4_0 needs rebase!
partition-update-FOLDME.patch #+4_0 needs the previous
