There is already code in Sage to create a Sage app since Sage 3.3, but
it needs some more polish and hasn't been turned on per default. But
feel free to send along the code since maybe we can use it to improve
what we have. We are happy to use it should it turn out to be better.

The main issues to be resolved in our code is to make it deal better
with moving the app and so on which is likely also to affect your code
for example.
