Hello folks,

due to Martin Albrecht tracking down the evasive libSingular issue
(turns out it was a linker oddity due to static libs being linked
multiple times into an extension in case you care) I have build a
3.4.2 binary with various fixes and posted it at

   http://sage.math.washington.edu/home/mabshoff/OSX64/

The md5sum is

   ceecabe47a054674ea578449261aabcb sage-3.4.2-OSX10.5-64bit-i386-
Darwin.dmg

It still has a single workaround applied to make the notebook work,
but we should be able to resolve that and the doctest failure in
gen.pyx in the remaining time for Sage 4.0. All the current info
including ticket numbers for open problems can be found at

   http://wiki.sagemath.org/osx64/sage-3.4.2

Please give it a spin if you care about 64 bit OSX. Note that it will
only work on 10.5 and so far building Sage in 64 bit mode on OSX 10.5
PPC has run into various MPIR/GMP related issues as well as bugs in
the linker of some XCode releases.

Cheers,

Michael
