Should I be worried about the following seen in the middle of a Sage build:

Configure findings:
  FFI: no (user requested: default)
  readline: yes (user requested: yes)
libsigsegv: no, consider installing GNU libsigsegv
As you requested, we will proceed without libsigsegv...
./makemake --with-readline
--with-libreadline-prefix=/home/jec/sage-3.4.2/local/lib/
--prefix=/home/jec/sage-3.4.2/local --without-libintl > Makefile
make[2]: Entering directory

cp -p cfgunix.lisp config.lisp
chmod +w config.lisp
echo '(setq *clhs-root-default*
"http://www.ai.mit.edu/projects/iiip/doc/CommonLISP/HyperSpec/";)' >>
config.lisp

To continue building CLISP, the following commands are recommended
  (cf. unix/INSTALL step 4 ff):
    cd src
    emacs -nw config.lisp
    make
    make check
Working around nohup problem and the infamous UNIX error 45 bug in OSX
by sending make output to
/home/jec/sage-3.4.2/spkg/build/clisp-2.47.p1/build.log.

--at this point there is no output to the screen for a while. It just
happened to have reached this point when I returned from lunch.

This is on a 64-bit Suse linux machine.
