Me! I haven't thought about a good workflow. Some of my students submit homework by sharing the worksheet with their solutions, which is lame because they just pop up among all my worksheets... I'm thus +1 with tags for worksheets or similar solution (I prefer tags). Maybe some gmail-like filters for incoming worksheets would be cool... IOW treat the notebook as an inbox, etc. And then why not leverage the power of email and distribution lists?
