It took bit long to get a trac account! Jason: I was wondering whether you have opened any ticket on this issue? If not, then I will try it myself. Meanwhile, I have implemented typesetting support for some of the functions like "conjugate", "integrate" of symbolic functions. My original problem is now solved for these functions as Maxima is no longer being called for their latex-ing. Should I submit patches for each of these functions separately?
