Not anything from the top of my head... But, as a start someone might
want to go over that numerical guide and try to work through it. I
often find that this is a good way of knowing where a document is
lacking in explanation, that it is ambiguous, etc. Of course I'm not
suggesting that the same person should also provide fixes, but only
point out problems in the document. Then someone else, or myself,
would clarify those problematic parts. But I'm getting too general
here...
