sage-0.3 so far includes the following:

cython, freetype, ipython, libpng, matplotlib, mercurial, moin, mpir,
networkx, numpy, pycrypto, pyreadline, python, pywin32, scons, sympy,
twisted, wexpect, zlib

So your mpmath is in there via smpy.
