You're welcome.  I just realized that "Springer-Verlag" is a typo
above, since I published the book with the American Math Society.  So
thanks to the AMS.

That said, my other book with Sage code: http://wstein.org/ent/
is published with Springer, and it will be made freely available in
one year thanks to Springer-Verlag.
