Ooops, I forgot to mention one very important thing to do, so here goes another double post: If you are upgrading make sure to delete matplotlibrc from
* $SAGE_ROOT * $SAGE_ROOT/tmp * $DOT_SAGE since otherwise you will see a lot of deprecation warnings during doctesting.
