In my opinion there is one problem: Your license is illegal. It is (to me) clearly a modification of Alex's original logo and any creation incorporating his logo of a modification of it must be, by the terms of the license, released under the same licence. Alex can confirm this but I do not think your license is what Alex choose. Change your license back and everything is fine. (BTW, the same applies to Harald Schilly's license for his Sage website design, as it uses Alex's logo as well. The logo aspect of the design is under a difference license, in my opinion.)
