I can reproduce (1) on sage-3.3.alpha0, which seems like the most important one. This should be relatively easy to fix - I think the new text cell type just needs more infrastructure. I agree with (2), it would be nice if the default link opens a new tab or window. I cannot reproduce (3) but I didn't try very had.
