If Reduce is an optional package and the integration function is exposed
through the Sage interface, I'll support it in the integration test  
suite.

Maxima's integration on the whole isn't too bad. In general, it's faster
than FriCAS. The main problem I have is that it can't return multiple
solutions so it requires assumptions to be set to choose the appropriate
branch if one is calling from Sage. So, I don't know if we really have
a problem with Maxima. However, Maxima and the pynac symbolics aren't
really compatible at the moment so that's a problem.
