Hello, The process of including additional packages to Sage is a bit
"complicated". Sage is already quite big and there are several steps
to go:
1. create an "SPKG". That's basically this LiE library inside a
self-aware package and connect it to Sage (using Cython or something)
in a way where you can do useful things with it.
2. test this package, in the group "optional" or "experimental"
3. if there is enough interest, we vote for it for inclusion.

I CCed this e-mail to the sage development mailing list, where you can
discuss and track further answers.
