This is when EDITOR is set to something that is for example Fink or
MacPorts based. To this day I think it was a colossal stupidity by
Apple to change libpng, but we have to live with that.

To do this we need to slightly patch hg sources, but I think we should
do it. Enough people around here had run into that problem, i.e.
Justin with that editor called Emacs I have never heard off :)
