I might have a fix (not 100% tested yet, but I'm pretty confident). Apply the patch at http://trac.sagemath.org/sage_trac/ticket/4628 to the Sage library, then do "sage -ba". Then do touch spkg/installed/sage-3.2.1.alpha1 then do make to continue the build of Sage.
