Maybe you guys already know this, but I found that Wikipedia provides good starting sources and references if you are searching for mathematical and CAS libraries that could be included in Sage at some point. For example, searching "computer algebra" led me to a Wikipedia article with the following link in its list of external links:
http://www.cs.ru.nl/~freek/digimath/xbycategory.html I haven't received a response from any of the people at CAN I was able to obtain e-mail addresses for (3 bounces so far but several more didn;t), but it's still too early. William, submitting a site to SymbolicNet can be done via their website, see: http://www.symbolicnet.org/join.html However, I think it is better that someone officially on the Sage core team should do so since the page states: "Please do not enter an entry if you are simply a user of a SAC system, just curious about the area, or otherwise unrelated to SAC."
