??? The "standard place" for the fricas-xxx.spkg is on the sage.math server, of course. There are links on Axiom-Wiki to this server, but probably there should also be some wiki pages specifically devoted to the Axiom interface for Sage. Right now besides the mention in AboutSage all we have is an out-of-date page here: http://axiom-wiki.newsynthesis.org/SandBoxAxiomInterface Or did you mean something else? Are you thinking that creation of the spkg should become a direct part of the fricas distribution? One thing that is badly needed right now is a reviewer for the changes to the Axiom interface posted by Mike Hansen: http://trac.sagemath.org/sage_trac/ticket/4036 If/when these changes are reviewed, they will be included in the next Sage release. I have tested these changes and they work fine for me. I have also made some local extensions which I have posted by email to Mike Hansen and the sage developer list. Michael Absoff did setup a trac account for me but I just have not found enough time to complete the Sage trac review process. As I understand the process, I should also create a new trac entry for the additional changes I have made and post a patch there. Other FriCAS/Sage developers working in parallel on this would be a very good thing.
