Hi John,
I can also reproduce this and Mike and I tracked this down to an sdist
problem.
[EMAIL PROTECTED]:/scratch/mabshoff/release-cycle/sage-3.2.alpha2/devel/
sage$ hg update -C
9 files updated, 0 files merged, 0 files removed, 0 files unresolved
hg update -C will fix it.
