Hello all, Just a quick update about the conversion of the reference manual.
I spent a few hours playing around with some ideas on how to convert the Sage reference manual to Sphinx. Note that this includes converting every Sage docstring from the current semi-LaTeX markup to ReST. I was able to make some progress, which makes me feel like this whole thing is doable :-) The following creation of the following was almost completely automated, including the docstring translation. http://sage.math.washington.edu/home/mhansen/doc-sphinx/ref/index.html Two things that I'd like to draw attention to: http://sage.math.washington.edu/home/mhansen/doc-sphinx/ref/_sources/partition.txt http://sage.math.washington.edu/home/mhansen/doc-sphinx/ref/genindex.html I think the plan is to get the Sphinx version of the tutorial, installation guide, etc into 3.2 and the reference manual into the next release after that. --Mike --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ To post to this group, send email to sage-devel@googlegroups.com To unsubscribe from this group, send email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] For more options, visit this group at http://groups.google.com/group/sage-devel URLs: http://www.sagemath.org -~----------~----~----~----~------~----~------~--~---
