I see the above error on two different hardy x86_64 boxes.

The 32 bit hardy test gave me this:

>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

sage -t -long devel/sage/sage/crypto/mq/sr.py
halt 14

error: no more memory
System -1888932k:-1881848k Appl -1909152k/20220k Malloc 295006k/3973k
Valloc 2006392k/16246k Pages 501598/0 Regions 4393:4393

A mysterious error (perphaps a memory error?) occurred, which may have
crashed doctest.

first time I had a "mysterious" error... but this is a new box so it
could be due to hardware wierdness. Doesn't seem likely as I've
stressed the box a bit but new boxes are always suspect.

I put the testlong logs up at:

http://tarbox.org/sage/3.1.2.rc2.logs.tar.bz2

hq2 and noc2 are x86_64. puget is 32 bit.
