Hello folks,

rc2 is out. If you do not own or use an Itanium this might be of
little consequence to you, but it is available at

   http://sage.math.washington.edu/home/was/tmp/sage-3.0.4.rc2.tar

The few fixes are mostly bugs that happened to hit on Itanium, but the
new FLINT 1.0.11 might be worth the test. We have turned the FLINT
test suite by default which adds up to 20 minutes to the build time of
Sage.

Unless something goes horribly wrong this will be the final 3.0.4
release candidate. We are still hunting some bugs in totally_real code
and ell_finite_field that have been there for a while.
