After building Sage with pbuild the doctests are still broken. #3097
fixes that, but it didn't make it in because I was really tired before
pressing the button, i.e. I didn't merge 10+ more OSX 64 bit build
fixes. I will be working on rc0 today and we will hopefully fix the
two doctest failures I reported.

Since all DSage related doctests just hang due to #3097 "-tp 2" just
gets stuck later than "-t". If you apply the fixes from #3097
everything *should* doctest fine. If not there is a bug in pbuild. I
didn't mention to use it yet since I knew it was still broken, but in
the end it didn't make it into the release notes due to my desire to
sleep. Once pbuild is fixed and supposed to work I will mention it in
the release notes.

Thanks for testing.
