Please try refresh rather than left click (or in addition).  If that
fixes the problem,
then it might have something to do with trouble getting jsmath to
parse the output (i.e.,
some sort of javascript timing issue).

There was a bug like that for a *short* amount of time (maybe for one
sage release),
but it was fixed.  Do you have that bug with a *current* version of Sage?
