Hello folks, as you might have notices 3.0.1 is finally out. We currently have nearly fifty patches in trac, i.e.
http://trac.sagemath.org/sage_trac/report/13 Feel free to review patches and obviously also upload more fixes. 3.0.2 is also supposed to be another bug fix release with few deep changes. It would be interesting to see the status of the coercion rewrite to get an idea how to plan the rest of the release cycle. Other than that we have Bug Day 12 this Saturday, so this should be work that mostly flows into 3.0.2 [provided we didn't screw up and do not need a quick fix release].
