It is available for download from sagemath.org and its mirrors in source or binary form. If you have any questions and/or problems please report them to the google groups sage-devel or sage-support. We are building binaries right now and once those are done we will officially announce in roughly a day. Upgrades should work will small problems in the scripts repo - we will fix those hopefully by morning.
